You are responsible for everything you say or do on Deb8r. By using the platform, you agree that: • your voice and interactions may be processed to provide the service • you grant Deb8r the right to use your content for platform operation and improvement Deb8r does not endorse user opinions.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
Deb8r reserves the right to: • remove users from debates • mute or restrict participation • suspend or ban accounts This may happen without prior notice if you violate these Terms or disrupt the experience.
6. Voting & Outcomes
Debates may include audience voting. You agree that: • voting outcomes are part of the experience • results do not represent objective truth
7. Accounts
If accounts are used: • you are responsible for your account activity • you must keep your credentials secure
8. Availability
Deb8r is provided "as is". We may modify features or interrupt/discontinue the service at any time without liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Deb8r is not responsible for: • user behavior or statements • disputes between users • any damages resulting from use of the platform
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if: • you violate these Terms • your use harms the platform or other users
